Chefs Walker and Vallcorba honor the Basque culinary traditions of honesty, simplicity, and quality by showcasing local producers’ best efforts. Enjoy three meat and seafood-heavy courses of Basque and Catalan-inspired creations each paired with a glass of wine and cider.
FINAL COURSE FUN
This won't be your typical dinner. For the final course, enjoy a flight of three ciders from Bordatto in French Basque Country expertly paired by Beverage Director Tim Prendergast with a selection of three cheeses and house-made accouterments.
