Chef Alex Vallcorba draws on his Catalan roots, time in the Basque Country, and experience in DC to present a fun menu that allows phenomenal ingredients to shine and encourages guests to share plates and talk about food. Start with a few pintxos from a menu that is updated daily and then order a couple plates per person from the dinner menu and share with your table.
CIDER HOUSE MENU (FOR 2)
Our take on the traditional meal of the Basque Cider House presented as a prix fixe menu for two. Three 12oz bottles of Basque Sidra are included throughout the meal, which features Buñuelos de Bacalao (salt cod fritters), Pan-Seared Hake, a 26oz Bone-In Ribeye with Salads, and Idiazabal Cheese with Walnuts. This menu is available in the dining room or at the Pintxo Bar after 5pm with or without reservations. $120
VERMOUTH HOUR & BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH MENU
Saturdays & Sundays 10am - 4pm
The Spanish tradition of Vermouth Hour is honored at ANXO from 11am to 4pm on weekends with a limited food menu. The entire beverage menu is available with a few special vermouths added, as well as $4.50 specials on ATXA red and ATXA white (the staple Basque vermouths at ANXO)
Reservations are for the upstairs dining room. Please check in with the host at the Florida Avenue entrance when you arrive. We only seat complete parties and ask that you arrive within 15 minutes of your booking. Reservations can only be honored for the party size and time that is booked and changes to party size need to be made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation through Resy. Parties of five or more will need to secure their reservations with a credit card (there is a $25 fee per guest that cancels within 24 hours of the reservation).
