Executive Chef Alex Vallcorba will offer a short class on cured meats with a sampler of three different varieties including hand-sliced bone-in Jamón Iberico ham by Fermín. Cider Maker Gregory Johnson will join the event with cider pairings for each selection and will talk about the affinity cider has with food, particularly cured meats! Tickets are available here and are $25 including tax and gratuity.
