Expect our handmade sourdough, lots of meats and cider doughnuts paired with wines of the sierra foothills. Established in 1999 in North Yuba in the Sierra Nevada Foothills, Clos Saron is owned and farmed by Gideon Beinstock and Saron Rice. Together, we have accumulated decades of experience in viticulture, wine “making”, and all sorts of farming.
