One of Baltimore's original craft breweries and home to great beer welcomes cider into their house. The Brewer's Art Executive Chef Andrew Weinzirl will offer a four-course menu conceived in collaboration with ANXO's Executive Chef Alex Vallcorba and his Basque-inspired pintxos. Ciders from the three cideries will be paired with the menu, which can be enjoyed by patrons at any time for $50 each.
A limited amount of $75 tickets will be available for a guided dinner hosted by Ryan Burk of Angry Orchard, Tom Oliver of Oliver's Cider, Kevin Zielinski of EZ Orchards, and Sam Fitz of ANXO Cider. Attendees will enjoy the same menu as walk-in guests but with bonus ciders from Ryan, Tom, Kevin and Sam's stashes plus the opportunity to talk all things cider with these four industry tastemakers.
Tickets will be posted on January 17th and will be in short supply. Additional walk-in tables will be seated first-come-first-served. ANXO, Angry Orchard, and Oliver ciders will be available at the bar as well.
