Slated to open in Spring of 2017 with nearly ten times the production capability of ANXO’s original location, the 30-person tasting room will have a 13-seat bar, three large wooden casks, three stainless fermenting vessels, televisions, and the ability to sell cider for consumption on and off premise.
Wednesday–Saturday nights the cidery will become a neighborhood bar, serving cider, wine, beer, cocktails and limited food from the Pintxo Bar in Truxton Circle. Saturday and Sunday during the day the tasting room will welcome guests from all over for the full cider experience. A private event space is also in the works!
